Who We Are

Job Purpose:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you are involved in projects to develop and implement manufacturing processes and engineering activities to support new product development and existing product enhancement.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develops manufacturing processes parameters, process improvement and provide related technical support to production technical team- Manage manufacturing related projects and coordinate activities with internal and external stack holders.- Ensure the delivery of daily product output and waste management vis the BDPS tooling such as using the BOS reporting platform.- Management the QN and customer complaint by working with the internal Quality & Production Team- Management of the Manufacturing Team to ensure effective labor headcount planning and overtime hours- Leads in the investigation and analyses manufacturing problems relating to equipment, process and material, recommend and ensure implementation of corrective actions.- Review preventive maintenance program, make changes where necessary and administer proper implementation to ensure smooth running of equipment to produce products within specifications.- Control and manage the expense accounts assigned to ensure compliance to budget.- To independently study and implement long term projects to improve quality, productivity or reduce product cost by enhancing machine/process performance and modifying manufacturing flow, methodology, procedures, etc.- Plan and implement yearly validation programme per existing process.- Participate or drive continuous improvement initiatives/activities/projects.

Our Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering with 3-5 years’ experience in Manufacturing Process.- We are looking for someone who is pro-active, good attitude and willing to progress with us in a long term career.- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7.45am to 4.45pm
