**About the Team**

The HROP Payroll Ops team strives to be the trusted partner to the employees as we respect and value their opinions and honoring our promise in handling sensitive data with integrity. **Responsibilities**
- To lead and develop strategic direction, operation model and processes for the team at regional level, aligned with global direction.
- To lead and provide coaching to team in day-to-day operations, statutory and compliance resolution, operation projects and continuous improvement program effectively and professionally with proper approach and methodology.
- To manage service provider by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA for payroll & benefit deliverables, and system support.
- To lead legal/ compliance audits in payroll & benefit and propose resolution for each finding. Also develop relationships with local authorities, employers federation, etc.
- To provide comprehensive, constructive and effective proposal with thorough researches performed on operation matters from time-to-time for new ways of working, enhancement, resolution of compliance and risk matters.
- To partner and work collaboratively with other stakeholders with influential and effective communication skill.

**Qualifications**
- With at least 5 years proven track record with vast knowledge in payroll & benefit operations and hands-on APAC statutory knowledge in a leading role in a sizeable captive or Shared Services environment. Preferably with experience in employee share schemes for not less than 5 years.
- Strong career development and execution plan for team members' growth and progression.
- Strong vendor management and project management skills to lead and drive vendors to provide desired payroll & benefit solutions and deliverables.
- Strong communication, people and influencing skills, with proven stakeholder management for all levels.
- High adaptability to changing environments, collaborate and influence team members and stakeholders to achieve operation effectiveness and efficiency of the region.
- With solid PMO experience in leading 3-5 countries' payroll & benefits system implementation. Preferably with hands-on knowledge of planning for system testing at all stages.
- Excellent command of English and presentation skills.
