JR20297 Manager - Order Management: BPO Operations

**As the Manager - OM BPO Operations, you will be leading a team of order management specialists (internal, external) for the successful execution of order management goals and objectives. Besides resolving tactical and strategic issues in order management (people, process, technology) you would be responsible for handling the BPO vendor and results linked to them. In this capacity, you will be called upon to manage the entire relationship for all areas in Supply Chain that we leverage them.**:**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Responsible for handling the BPO Teams**:

- **Plan and execute Process transition from Micron globally to BPO India Team.**:

- **Responsible for day-to-day operations and management of the team.**:

- **Responsible for adherence of the vendor to Micron’s standards of operational perfection, compliance to laws of the land, and business continuity**:

- **Serve as a partner concern point for deviations to Micron’s standards & agreement.**:

- **Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies for Micron Order Management.**:

- **Be accountable for BPO budget spend globally for Order Management.**:

- **Be a SPOC (single point of contact) from Micron for the vendor concerning communication on Service levels, SLA changes or updates, or those that come up having a bearing on Order Management.**:

- **Resolve operational issues, handle customer concerns from Micron partner, and work with the vendor for resolution of issues as applicable.**:

- **Lead and track change requests to the original agreements between Micron and the Vendors**:

- **Handle Reporting on Key Performance Indicators (critical metric), issues, customer concerns, and potential challenges.**:

- **Collaborate with department peers to establish additional Best Practices; stay up to date on Global Available To Promise (GATP) and Customer Containment Rules (CCR).**:

- **Maintain Global Policy and Procedures & keep BPO team updated of all communications, changes etc.**:

- **Maintain and provide vital back-up for internal and external process audits**:**Skillset**:

- **Overall, 12-15 years with 5 years minimum prior leadership experience.**:

- **Knowledge of and experience in a semiconductor with Order Management & Fulfillment Processes.**:

- **Should have exposure to inventory management and the challenges in 3rd party logistics.**:

- **Must have experience with SAP or similar ERP environment.**:

- **Must be familiar with standard EDI SD transactions.**:

- **Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint**:

- **Excellent written and verbal business interpersonal skills.**:

- **Critically evaluate sophisticated problems, provide clear and concise recommendations.**:

- **Identify and facilitate prioritization of initiatives to increase efficiency**:

- **History of supporting and driving innovations**:

- **Able to balance difficult engineering and personnel issues efficiently**:

- **Experience with Visio and Tableau a plus.**:

- **Master’s degree in the supply chain/Operations/international trade or electronics.**:
