**PKG Management Associate Programme (MAP)** is a two-year developmental journey designed to groom the next generation of leaders in higher education management. Through dynamic rotations across corporate functions and a unique overseas attachment, the programme equips you with the skills, insights, and experience to thrive in a global educational environment.

**Programme Structure**:

- **Rotation 1 (12 months)**: Deep dive into Pickering Institute’s core functions.
- **Rotation 2 (12 months)**: Exposure to SagePaths’ corporate ecosystem.
- **Overseas Attachment (6 months)**: Hands-on experience at an overseas teaching centre.

This structured approach ensures you gain holistic exposure to the education sector, while preparing you for future leadership roles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
