What You’ll Do

As an Investment Management Trainee, you’ll embark on a structured pathway to becoming a Portfolio Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while expanding your professional network.
- Assisting clients in managing their investment portfolios and guiding them in making informed financial decisions.
- Evaluating risk-reward trade-offs across financial instruments such as bonds and derivatives.
- Utilizing tools like the DISC Personality Assessment and Enneagram framework to enhance communication and collaboration skills.
- Helping clients define and achieve their investment goals using CPF and cash portfolio strategies.

About You

We’re looking for fresh graduates or career changers who possess the following qualities:

- A diploma or degree from a recognized institution in any field.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
- An interest in business, finance, or management (no prior experience required—we provide the training).
