**Our Client**:
Our client is one of the Big 4 Consulting Company with solid years of experience in many countries globally. They are actively looking to hire a Senior Manager to join their team in Singapore.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Conduct the financial impact assessment and transition approach studies for IFRS 17 by working closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in the interpretation of IFRS 17 standards and the development of internal technical accounting and methodology
- Translate IFRS 17 technical requirements into the system and business requirements
- Train and mentor junior staff members

**The Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science
- 10-15 years' work experience within Insurance or Big 4
- Good understanding of IFRS17 accounting standard
- Experience in the implementation of IFRS 17
- Able to juggle different tasks at the same time, in a complex and constantly changing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence various stakeholders
- With good attention to details
- Good verbal and written communication skills
