As part of an on-going exercise to ensure the quality of programmes implemented by NTU, this role is to support Assoc Dean (Academic) to manage the 2.5-year project in conducting the review exercise for programmes by coursework with key responsibility as follows:
**Responsibilities**:

- Development of programme review framework and structure
- Development of processes and procedures for the implementaion of the programme review framework and structure, including the schedule to review all programmes
- To be the key contact person for the review programme exercise
- Support the write-ups for the review committees and reports/proposal for submission to the University’s management
- Follow-up on the actions recommended by the review committees

**Requirements**:

- A recognized university degree (in any discipline)
- Knowledge in data analysis
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in the tertiary education sector
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Managerial and supervisory experience
- Report writing skills
- Possess good communication and writing skills
- People-oriented and a team player
