Our client is one of the leading Chemicals firms

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for factory routine / ad-hoc / maintenance task
- Plan and execute total preventive & corrective maintenance for different functional machine /equipment
- Identify critical machine parts and stock in accordingly to minimize machine idle time.
- Manage spare part store and inventory within cost budget
- Perform machine setup and ensure smooth machine run prior handover to production
- Maintain up to date maintenance schedule, procedures, machine manual, risk assessment, check list and establish new SOP if necessary
- Guide and train the team member to enhance their technical knowledge
- Key maintenance personnel to lead a team of maintenance technicians for assigned duty
- Assist Engineering function for new machine/line introduction in terms of design and implementation
- Liaise with various vendors for job quotation & retrofit of machine
- Work according to 5S principle and company safety regulation
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering related disciplines
- Possesses Work-at-Height / Risk Assessment certification is preferred
- At least 2-3 years of maintenance experience in chemical related manufacturing is required
- Good verbal & written skill
- A good team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task
- Able to work under pressure

**Other Information**:

- Working hours - Mon - Fri, 730am - 530pm
- Location - Transport Provided at Lakeside / Boon Lay MRT
