Full Time Guest Experience Specialist, Escape Room

Do you enjoy interacting with customers? And also mentor part-timers to provide excellent customer service? Imagine yourself leading and mentoring part-timers to provide a fun and exciting experience for customers playing escape room games. You'll get to experience first hand the "behind the scenes" and assist customers to progress in the game by giving them hints. You're in for a fun working environment at the Cathay (nearest MRT is Dhoby Ghaut). **We are looking for outgoing, fun, cheerful, optimistic and honest people to join our growing team. **Responsibilities**: - Brief customers about the games - Reset the game rooms and provide assistance to customers with clues - Answer customer queries through phone or walk in - Cashiering - Watching the games to ensure customers have a fun experience - Mentor newbies such as part-timers and interns - Ensure the props are well maintained - Achieve operational excellence through exceptional customer service - The job is very easy and you will enjoy watching others have fun while expanding your leadership skills.**Location**:The Cathay (Dhoby Ghaut) **Salary**:$2,200 to $2,900 **Requirements**: - Outgoing personality, bubbly, strong command of English (spoken) - Minimum O or A Levels. Tertiary education in service sector is a bonus. - Enjoys interacting with customers - Manages time well - Not afraid of horror movies or scary props as the games are of horror in nature - Able to work weekends and public holidays - Able to multitask - Responsible and committed - Excellent work ethics and honest - Able to digest information and act swiftly - Eager to learn new things and experience new things daily - Leadership qualities to guide newbies **Working Hours**:_4 and a half days work _11am to 10pm for 4 days and 5th day is 11am to 5pm or 4pm to 10pm. **Benefits**:Career growth for senior roles/ managerial roles.
