**Museum of Ice Cream**’s mission is to unite and inspire the world through imagination and connection. All the way from New York City, Museum of Ice Cream (MOIC) is launching its first international attraction, right here in Singapore We need Guest Experience Specialists to help us share our unique, one-of-a-kind experience with the world.

We are looking for Guest Experience Specialists who are outgoing, adaptable, collaborative and excited to be a part of the Museum of Ice Cream brand.

You must have a passion for meeting new people, the ability to excite visitors, and create the most magical Museum experience for them. Most importantly, you must love ice cream and to bring joy to others Join us and be a part of the sweetest attraction in Singapore

**Role: Full Time Guest Experience Specialist (GES)**

Your typical work day as a GES or guide is never the same You will be expected to fulfill the various roles in the museum from attraction experience, food service and preparation, retail and more So always be prepared to jump in, experience and learn something new

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Represent the Museum of Ice Cream brand with integrity and enthusiasm
- Maintain and uphold the Safe Management Measures in place
- Engage guests with high energy and enthusiasm consistently throughout the day
- Provide excellent customer service through personalized guest assistance
- Engage actively with guests from all walks of life throughout the experience
- Become an expert of our script, protocol, company rules and policies
- Achieve mastery in knowledge of products, treats, and basic business information
- Prepare the treats (ice cream and desserts)
- Cleaning, disinfecting, and organizing of spaces
- Set-up and close down assigned exhibits and space

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- You are 18 years or older
- You have previous customer service experience, in high volume or highly congested establishments (retail, customer service or hospitality backgrounds preferred)
- You have the ability to be on your feet for long periods of time, up to 6-8 hours
- You can foster connection between a diverse group of people
- You have a calm and relaxed approach to potential conflict situations
- You have a desire to work with others and be part of a team
- You are equally able to listen to others as well as communicate clearly and concisely
- You are able to carry out multiple tasks with attention to detail
- You are able to improvise under a multitude of circumstances
- You are punctual and responsible

**TIME COMMITMENT**:

- Museum Opening Hours: Thursday-Sunday: 10:00am - 10:30pm (You may be called to work on other days of the week if there are special events or extended opening hours
- 40-42 hours per week minimum
