Singapore TLL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

**Purpose of job**:
**Job responsibilities**
- Support In-house systems, Mycrosoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Manage stakeholders’ expectations of change requests.
- Prioritise and communicate change requests.
- Requirement gathering, development, testing, and rollout of changes.
- Vendor management for outsourced development and integration tasks.
- Perform data patching, generating reports and develop APIs between systems.
- Perform database maintenance.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Technical requirements**:

- Experience in system integration and web services (API experience an advantage).
- Solid experience in.Net 4.5 above, C#, SQL and Stored Procedure.
- Experience in using MS TFS or equivalent tools to track team progress.
- Skilled in enterprise technical architecture and implementing well-known design patterns.
- Quick learner in languages, pragmatic in solution delivery.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 is essential.
- Possesses minimum Degree in IT or Computer Science.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in programming using Microsoft and web technologies
- Strong analytical skills and well versed in problem resolution methodologies.
- Evaluate solution design and recommendations with pros and cons on the MS CRM Dynamic Platform.
- Manage to work with various teams and closely liaise with business users
- Possess a can-do attitude, initiative, creativity and able to work under stringent timelines.

Possesses experience in work planning and task tracking.
