Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Applications Consultant to support, manage and continuously enhance our global Timesheet System. This role requires strong consulting skills, hands-on system expertise and the ability to engage with global and regional stakeholders. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, managing system changes, leading testing activities and providing training to drive user adoption and system efficiency. Responsibilities Act as the primary consultant and liaison between vendors, end-users, and internal teams to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical or process-related issues. Partner with regional teams and global stakeholders to align system initiatives with business needs and deliver solutions effectively. Lead change request management, including impact analysis, solution design and execution. Plan and manage System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring high-quality delivery. Maintain, update, and deliver training materials; conduct workshops to improve adoption and user proficiency. Evaluate existing system functionalities and recommend enhancements that improve usability, scalability and performance. Provide expert advice on best practices for timesheet system use, reporting and compliance. Support additional assignments and projects as directed by the reporting manager. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Proven experience (3+ years) as a Consultant, Application Specialist or Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise applications. Proficiency in SQL scripting and data analysis. Strong background in application/system development or support. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to influence stakeholders across different levels. Strong problem-solving, analytical and project management skills. Prior experience in HR, Finance or Workforce Management systems (preferred).
