**What the role is**
- The goal of Family Life Group (FLG) is to nurture a family-friendly society by strengthening family resilience through all stages of life, and to support families to overcome early risks and challenges to family relationships. The Operations Planning & Transformation (OPT) Division is responsible for developing the overall operational plans to strengthen and support family through all stages of life. It also oversees transformation, data and digitalisation, capability development and engagement strategies for FLG.

**What you will be working on**
- Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will be part of the Family Data and Analytics (FDA) Branch that oversees data management, data governance and analytics of family information. You are to provide project management services and system administrative support. You will work closely with divisions within the Ministry and government agencies to plan, formulate and implement the collection and sharing of datasets. The scope of work includes:

- Responsible for the project management and post-implementation enhancements of FDA systems and accountable for their implementation accordance to the agreed scope, schedule, and costs.
- Engaging stakeholders across functional areas to understand business requirements, provide guidance and to develop the project plan.
- Track project progress, escalate project issues and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
- Establishing appropriate user testing methods to ensure robust and complete testing.
- Ensuring the system implementation complies with the relevant policies and standards such as procurement and data reference model.
- Coordinating the various administrative support activities such as user access request and approval, and the periodic review exercise.

**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary education in Computer Science, System Analysis, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in implementing or enhancing data management systems.
- Agile certified practitioner is preferred.
- Familiar with Singapore Government Tech Stack or Government Commercial Cloud services will be an advantage.
