Senior Plant Engineer@ Jurong Port

**Job Responsibilities
- To assist on the management of the production, dispatch sections and also overall plant facilities.
- To ensure smooth operation of cement production, receiving and delivery.
- To ensure all plant mechanical and electric equipment are running smoothly and efficiently.
- To ensure all cement dispatch section is running effectively.
- To assist in daily plant operation activities. (Cement receiving, packing, mixing and dispatch operation.
- To initiate corrective and preventive in the occur occurrence of product non conformity.
- To work with laboratory to ensure quality level of all types of cement meets the company standard.
- To participate in all company ISO quality management systems to ensure all safety awareness in the plant have been carried out.
- To scheduled and plan all plant equipment maintenance work and ensure all have been carried out. To perform any other work as may be assigned from time to time.
**Job Specifications/minimum qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Equipment Preventive Maintenance, PM planning
- Self-disciplined, meticulous and resourceful
- Strong working knowledge of production process
- Familiar with Auto CAD
- Familiar with ESH regulations.
- Computer-literate
- Good data analysis skills
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, tact and high degree of integrity and strong planning skills.
