As a leading real estate developer, the clients have over 70 billion assets under their management. They are currently looking to expand the team in search for Senior Executive, Investor Relations.

**The Role**

This position will support the Investor Relations department in managing communication between the company’s corporate management and the investors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the production of investor relations materials such as press releases, announcements, presentations and website contents.
- Assist in the development and production of the annual report and corporate marketing materials.
- Conduct research and analysis of REITs and real estate industries.
- Plan and execute investor and analyst events such as AGMs, investor roadshows, conferences and site visits.
- Maintain and update the corporate website.
- Track research reports, media reports, blogs about the REIT and share price movements.
- Maintain unitholder database and provide regular analysis / reports for management.
- Assist in the production of the REIT’s annual sustainability report.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Finance, Business or Real Estate.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry and/or knowledge of finance/accounting will be advantageous.
