Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Group IT Applications team based in Singapore, Philippines and Australia from a leadership and operational aspect
- Perform the role of IT Project Director for key technology projects to spearhead project delivery and implementation in collaboration with all other internal and external stakeholders
- Provide enterprise level design and solutions from a broad technology-based perspective with consideration of business and operational needs
- Establish core technology standards and best practices to ensure consistent and high level of service, support and operational stability
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders on technology strategic plans, roadmaps, actions and decisions

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or an IT-related discipline
- Strong experience in implementing and managing ERP systems (experience in SAP is advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology, Project Management practices and DevOps
- Strong knowledge of system architecture (TOGAF or similar certification is advantageous)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft product landscape and Azure cloud infrastructure
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and vendor management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Self-disciplined and diligent in driving deliverables within defined timelines
- Excellent communication/presentation/writing skills with proficiency in English
- Logical and methodological, with good planning & organizational skills
- Able to manage diverse cross-functional team members
