We are looking for Trade Processing Specialist who will be responsible for trade booking of various securities products of client and proprietary trades for Singapore and Hong Kong booking centres.

Business Management
- Trade booking of executed transactions covering securities such as Equities,Bonds, Structured products, Funds, Derivatives and Precious Metals.
- Perform daily nostro funding calculation and send out the necessary funds transfer instructions.
- Front Office queries and escalations, and counter-parties/custodians settlement queries, and ensure these are cleared throughout the day and escalated, if necessary.
- Perform daily investigation of breaks in the transitory and suspense accounts.
- Trade Level reconciliation
- Handle payments in relation to Stamp Duties and Financial Transaction Tax
- Review of timeliness of generation of contract notes to clients.
- Ensures timely submission of generation of contract notes to clients
- Daily generation of client long forms for Structured Products
- Handling of Corp Actions for Structured products
- Participate in User-Acceptance-Testing when required
- Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management
- Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Work with the relevant teams in fulfilment of regulatory requirements

Professional and Technical
- Diploma/Degree and minimum of 2 + years of relevant experience in banking or related discipline
- Good knowledge and understanding of the various securities products (i.e. equities, fixed income instruments, funds, structured products, derivatives etc)
- Proficiency in MS Office software
- Work Location - Mapletree Business City.
