The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. They work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.
**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Improvement Specialist to join TikTok’s Monetization Integrity team. In this role, you will focus on optimizing policy guidances, unlocking revenue opportunities, and enhancing product management. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners from Business Integrity, Data Science, Business Research, Product, and Policy to drive improvements that align with TikTok's commitment to user safety, revenue growth, and a seamless ad experience.
**1. Policy Optimization & Enforcement**: Develop and refine advertising policy guidances to ensure they align with TikTok’s standards, balancing user experience and revenue objectives. Regularly assess policy performance and recommend adjustments to improve compliance and clarity.
**2. Revenue Unlocking**: Identify opportunities to enhance revenue generation within the Monetization Integrity space by streamlining policy enforcement, reducing friction for advertisers, and collaborating with product teams to launch policy-aligned features and tools.
**3. Product Management & Improvement**: Collaborate with Product teams to optimize tools and features used by the Monetization Integrity team, ensuring they effectively support policy enforcement, operational efficiency, and user experience standards. Drive cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing product functionality and supporting the platform's strategic goals.
**4. Program Management**: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives related to policy, product optimization, and quality improvements. Ensure timely project delivery, establish clear goals and KPIs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage resources, track progress, and address challenges.
**5. Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Build and maintain relationships with key teams across the business, including Policy, Business Integrity, and Product, to drive holistic improvements in ad quality and monetization practices. Act as a bridge between Monetization Integrity and other departments to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
1. Pursuing an undergraduate degree in any field.
2. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Undergraduate degree in business, communications, data science, law, or social sciences related fields
2. Previous experience working in policy, operations, sales, and/or program management.
3. Familiarity with digital advertising and platform ecosystems is a plus.
