MANAGER, BUS ASSETS
[What you will be working on]
You will be part of the team that is responsible to oversee various bus technologies aimed at enhancing safety, operations, and the overall commuter experience within the public bus fleet. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Keeping abreast of emerging bus technologies and industry trends to
ensure innovative solutions;
2. Collaborating with vendors, internal teams, and public transport operators
to execute technology trials and gather performance data;
3. Analysing and evaluating the collected data to determine the feasibility of
implementing new technologies across the fleet; and
4. Developing conditioning monitoring system and predictive maintenance
strategies for electric bus traction batteries, including data collection,
analysis, and technology integration.
In addition, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development and delivery of the Autonomous Vehicle (AV) bus platform and lead pre-delivery inspections in line with contractual requirements.
[What we are looking for]
- Knowledge in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical
Engineering or equivalent
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in automotive technology industry,
with expertise in bus systems, service and maintenance
- Familiar with hybrid / electric vehicles topologies is advantageous
- Experience in the public bus or related industry, as well as proficiency in
data analytics, is a plus
- Strong analytical, planning, execution and problems solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for details
and a strong IT proficiency
- Proactive, highly motivated, and capable of working independently
