To cope with our aggressive expansion plans, we are seeking Deputy CFO

**Responsibilities**:
As the key member of the executive management team, this position needs to interact with

senior stakeholders and other management members of the Group.

The key responsibilities include:

- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting teams on a global basis.
- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all periodic financial reporting and establishing financial goals for the Group to align with Group’s growth and expansion plans.
- Advising on business and financial planning, ranging from deployment of cash resources, investments strategies and structuring of the balance sheet.
- Providing strategic recommendations to the Board/CEO and members of the executive

management team on finance related matters.
- Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets.
- Assist CEO to represent to banks, financial partners/institutions, investors and regulatory

agencies.
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners

and stakeholders.
- Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded

and operational for the Group.
- Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures.

**Qualifications**:
A Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in the following:

- Accounting
- Finance or Economics

An MBA or CPA is also highly desirable. At least 15 years' experience in the related industry

and in a publicly listed corporation with proven leadership and management experience is

essential - with examples of when they have demonstrated excellence in the workplace.

The appointee must possess excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal)

skills with the executive presence to work with senior management, investors and external

stakeholders. They must be able to engage with staff at all levels of the organisation and be
