Lead Product Designer will be part of a small (and mighty) product design team to help us deliver products that are transparent and a pleasure to use. Boundaries between teams are permeable, so you will work closely with other teams on a broad set of design challenges and have a big impact on creating software solutions.

**Requirements**:
What you will do:

- You’ll drive direct impact on our products, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer.
- You’ll practice your knowledge of **UX principles** and best practices in our product design process.
- You’ll produce and test **interaction flows and mocks** that accurately communicate product functionality to product and engineering teams.
- You’ll conduct **product discovery** and support ongoing research projects with an intellectual curiosity.
- You’ll collaborate with **cross-functional teams **- design, engineering, data, product managers, to define solutions to problems.
- Sometimes you’ll work on very broadly defined, loose concepts, and sometimes on narrowly defined, tactical deliverables.
- You’ll plan and participate in **design reviews** and share your work regularly.
- You’ll **focus** on what you do best — whether that’s sketches, wireframes, prototypes, designs, or code—and you’ll have the opportunity to sharpen the skills you’re looking to develop.
- You’ll be expected to also **mentor **and** educate **fellow designers, especially on hard skills.

You will shine in this role is you are/you have:

- At least 4 years product design experience at a product-driven company
- BA/BS/MS degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or related field.
- Experience with **design tools **(we use Figma).
- A **design portfolio** that demonstrates design principles and prototyping for web and/or mobile platforms
