The Right Profile
We are seeking a Lead Product Designer to drive product innovation by creating delightful user experiences. You will lead a global and diverse team of talented designers and work closely with product and business teams to meet company objectives. Key Responsibilities
Drive the UX direction of the product by developing strategic plans and making impactful decisions across products, projects, processes and people, ensuring operational excellence and consistently raising UX and product quality to an advanced level.
Actively contribute to evolving and advancing our design systems and advising related teams to ensure a cohesive and exceptional user experience, leveraging broad influence and advanced expertise to shape and enhance the overall UX strategy.
Independently drive all UX aspects of product outcomes, showcasing advanced leadership skills and the ability to take ownership of complex projects.
Proactively identify and address high complexity, mission-critical problems, driving impactful solutions and serving as a trusted anchor for cross-functional teams, demonstrating advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
Role-model good design practices, problem-solving skills and experimentation while holding high bar for the quality of experiences delivered and mentoring / guiding mid-level and junior designers.
An entrepreneurial spirit, flexible and quick at grasping new topics and strong willingness to drive innovation.
Be data-driven and incorporate data analysis and feedback through testing to validation of concepts and experience paradigm.
Manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced, changing environment with cross-team dependencies.

**Qualifications**:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in product design.
Prior experience in Fintech and/or Wealth tech and are passionate about financial markets and investing / trading.
You demonstrate an exceptional command of product strategy, business needs, domain expertise and possess an extensive toolbox of UX tactics to achieve outstanding user-centered product outcomes.
Your strategic thinking goes beyond individual projects, encompassing a deep understanding of the broader organizational goals and market landscape.
You possess a mastery of crafting beautiful designs and creating delightful, useful and usable experiences. Your expertise spans visual design, interaction design, prototyping and product design, showcasing an advanced level of skill and attention to detail.
You are an excellent communicator and storyteller; you have the ability to effectively convey the extent of a problem, build empathy for the end user and support your design rationale.
You are an expert in product design tools such as Figma, bonus if you have experience in using code to front end prototype.
