**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Brainstorming and fine-tuning content with the Marketing team.
- Develop StoryBoard for Paid Social Ads and monthly campaigns
- Film, and edit visually appealing Performance Marketing / Social Media Content videos
- Create visually engaging videos for our organic social channels - IG, FB, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
- Create photos and graphic design images for all social media, Paid campaigns, and brand needs
- Manage and organize large amounts of content in an easily searchable manner

**Requirements**:

- Expertise in Video editing and design tools such as **Adobe Photoshop(MUST) **, illustrator, Final Cut X, Premiere, Lightroom, and After Effects
- Experience using handheld DSLR, phone, and video cameras to capture candid, unscripted, and scripted video and still content
- Expertise in all aspects of video production, including storyboarding, video shooting, and video editing.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in conceptual art direction, motion design, videography, or video production in a highly creative in-house or agency environment
- Experience concepting and developing social media / Paid Ads social campaigns with a specific focus on video and photographic content
- Acute attention to detail and an ability to work within tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Willingness to embrace change and to adapt strategies quickly in the moment
