**Summary**
Work with complex systems in the R&D laboratories, prototype,study, perform tests and evaluate results on relevant fields of Research & Development.
**Responsibility**
- Assist R&D Team in materials processing, fabrication, characterization and testing to meet project requirement and specifications, not limited to prototyping and sample preparation.
- Actively participate in concept studies, use or create current/new processes.
- Perform tests, evaluation and analysis with current/ newly developed test methods.
- Support product development and verification testing and record relevant analytical steps and results in appropriate logbook.
- Assist R&D Engineers in new product development / sustaining projects and tasks.
- Lead and ensure R&D Lab and work stations are in excellent housekeeping conditions
- Perform routine calibration of analytical equipment with appropriate documentation in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Perform tests with guidance from engineers and other senior staff as assigned.
**Requirement**
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Material/Chemical/Bio
- Engineering or relevant.
- Read/write technical language ability in English
- Hands on work experience on product prototyping, process development, and testing.
- Testing and running of equipment and machinery.
- Data entry and analysis; ability to give critical feedback and observation.
- Positive attitude towards learning and acquiring new knowledge and skillsets.
- Able to communicate well with all levels of staff including engineers and production workers.
