We are looking for the following position**:Executive, Legal and Compliance**

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review and negotiate agreements, contracts and other legal documents with the customers and suppliers of the company and its regional offices.
- Manage company’s ISO standards, upkeep of procedures and documentation, manage internal and external auditors, preparation for audits.
- Support reporting manager on matters relating to regulatory developments, updates and internal communications.
- Liaise with external counsel for general legal, regulatory and/or administrative matters, as well as any disputes or court proceedings.
- Support reporting manager for internal legal and compliance training.
- Manage or assist the team members on matters relating corporate secretarial, trademarks, SGX announcements as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a law degree with 2 to 3 years of experience in a law firm or as an in-house counsel.
- Good knowledge of contract terms and proficiency in contract drafting would be an added advantage.
- Experience in management of ISO standards, procedures and audits.
- Possesses good time management skills to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent writing and communication skills to communicate with colleagues.
- Strong business acumen to understand business goals and strategies in order to provide practical legal advice.
- An excellent team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous individual with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn and take on new challenges.

**Salary**: $3,300.00 - $4,500.00 per month
