Pre Sales Specialist

As a Pre-Sales Specialist at Knowesis, you will play a critical role in our sales process, driving demand generation through expert solution presentations, comprehensive responses to RFPs, crafting persuasive sales proposals, and delivering compelling product demonstrations and proof of concept (POC) executions. Your deep understanding of our products and the needs of potential clients will enable you to effectively communicate the value of our solutions and influence customer decisions in our favor.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with sales teams to qualify leads and understand client needs and business objectives.
- Deliver engaging and informative solutions presentation and product demonstrations, both virtually and in person.
- Assist in the development and refinement of marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and other sales collateral.
- Serve as a technical and functional expert during the sales process, providing responses to customer inquiries and concerns about product capabilities, customization, and integration.
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs with detailed and well-structured replies that highlight the strengths of our solutions.
- Develop customized sales proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
- Work closely with Tech Engineer to conduct proof of concept (POC) to demonstrate the effectiveness of our solutions in meeting potential client requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive products, and market intelligence.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in pre-sales, sales engineering, or a similar role in the software or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and campaign management systems
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrable experience in managing and responding to RFPs and creating detailed sales proposals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations.
