As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What the day will look like** - Develop and execute employee benefits data & analytics strategy for multinational clients in the APAC region - Manage development and delivery of innovative analytics & advisory solutions to key clients in the region. - Advise clients on opportunities to enhance / grow / optimize their health & benefits programs based on claims, wellness and other workforce data. - Support innovation through research, publications, ideation, new solutions development, strategic partnerships within the health solutions business, globally and regionally - Train and coach data & analytics experts in countries to improve adoption of analytics solutions and support local broking and consulting services. - Upskill colleagues to showcase the value of data analytics, leverage market intelligence data, and present data insights in an effective and actionable manner. - Work with Aon business leaders to integrate data analytics into all key business processes and client deliverables. - Foster innovation by continuously challenging efficacy of existing methodologies and tools and developing new solutions and data use cases. - Leverage available data to develop internal business intelligence tools that would help Aon achieve operational excellence and be thought leader in the market. **How this opportunity is different** - Be part of the most dynamic, high-achieving and diverse global benefits team in the region - Put your knowledge and business acumen to test through numerous consulting opportunities - Drive progress and innovation **Skills and experience that will lead to success** - Min 10 years experience in consulting, broking, health insurance or healthcare analytics - Client management / experience presenting solutions to multiple senior stakeholders - Extensive experience working with data and analytics solutions - Superb problem-solving and communication skills - Proven leadership and entrepreneurship skills, highly motivated, self-driven, ability to multitask and work under pressure **How we support our colleagues** In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
