**Office Administrator**:
Singapore | Full Time | Human Resources
- Handle company’s administrative activities including but not limited to repair & maintenance of office furniture and fixture, office automation and office communication devices
- Handle phone calls in a professional and welcoming manner, transferring them as requested or providing callers with the necessary information
- Liaise with internal and external parties to coordinate for service activities for all administrative tasks related
- Process office purchase order and arrange payment for all suppliers related to Human Resources and Administration
- Provides support for Human Resources activities, such as meetings, conferences, special events, parties, excursions, etc.
- Liaise with government offices to acquire visa, work permit and other related documents for foreign employees
- Welcome company’s visitors in a warm manner
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by CFO

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or related field
- At least 2 year of experience, either in reception or administration field
- Ability to handle internal and external office document and coordination
- Experience in secretarial tasks and government coordination is an advantage
- Preferred character; friendly, positive, willing to learn, active
