Senior Auditor Special Investigations

Tasks
Provide professional special investigation services including analytics (worldwide) with focus on risk management, internal control system and corporate governance in all legal entities, business units and central management functions of the corporation, including:

- review and coordination of cases submitted through Compliance and Anti-Corruption Hotline etc.
- lead and carry out special investigations according to audit standards at all levels of the corporation. Ensure quality of audit preparation, audit process on site and comprehensive documentation.
- development of recommendations to strengthen internal controls and to improve controls and efficiency.
- carry out conclusion meetings regarding the special investigation outcome with central and/or local management.
- preparation and/or review of special investigation reports.
- coach and train team members on the job. Give guidance on methods and practices. Support newer team members in their development.
- develop concepts and implement solutions to enhance analyses and and tools to strengthen anti fraud controls.
- represent special investigations team in the region.
- special projects.

**Qualifications**:
Academic degree in Business administration/Science, IT or equivalent qualification; at least seven years of professional experience, thereof at least three years audit experience; CFE, CIA, CISA or equivalent certificates advantageous; strong analytic skills; high motivation and willingness to learn; good judgement combined with the ability to precisely describe and professionally present complex content; entrepreneurial mindset and acting; self-confident appearance; team and communication skills; high degree of flexibility and willingness to travel (domestic and international); competent handling of MS Office; knowledge of SAP; fluent in English and Chinese.
