This is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore.

**Role value**:
As the Digital Identity Product Manager, you will spearhead the strategic direction and operational execution of our digital identity product line. Your mission is to translate complex business needs into well-defined plans for product development, guide the development lifecycle, and assess product performance for continuous enhancement. You will play a pivotal role in harmonising business objectives with innovative product solutions, ensuring the delivery of superior digital identity services that resonate with both our internal teams and our global clientele.

**Main Duties**:
Knowledge
- Fully digest the features, uniqueness, and advantages of our digital identity solutions.
- Understand and keep up with the current and anticipate the next generation of our competitors’ solutions, pricing, and marketing schemes.
- Maintain an in-depth, up-to-date understanding of the current and next-gen market landscapes and competitors’ solutions, pricing, and marketing schemes, in alignment with our products.

External
- Interact and liaise with potential clients, existing users, partners, and industry peers
- Track and report all external activities.
- Participate in the product release with quality control and release management.
- Manage product beta releases with engineering and provide feedback.

Internal
- Synchronise the engineering progress with Marketing for Alpha, Beta and final releases of our digital identity products.
- Develop and maintain a product development roadmap, prioritising features based on business impact, compliance (e.g. GDPR, KYC, AML), and user feedback.
- Take a lead role in producing product specifications.
- Represent the company at public events to enhance brand visibility and product awareness.
- Work closely with the Data Science team on our technologies.
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing to develop compelling value propositions for the products.

**Qualifications and Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in product management or product marketing, ideally for AI-based solutions and/or within the relevant markets such as customer onboarding, KYC, AML, RegTech, and CRM.
- Professional experience or knowledge in relevant standards, such as GDPR, KYC, and AML.
- Strong ability to think strategically and communicate effectively.
- Data-driven attitude.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and English communication skills.
- Knowledge of agile processes and principles.
