Job Description:

As a Brand Identity Designer, you will have a high degree of autonomy in managing your responsibilities and projects. You'll work closely with our research team and directly with clients to develop comprehensive brand identities that resonate within the crypto industry and Delphi's unique presence within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand identity strategies for our firm and our clients
  • Create visual elements including logos, color palettes, typography, graphics and brand guidelines
  • Design marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets
  • Collaborate with the research team to visually communicate complex crypto concepts
  • Manage client relationships and present design concepts directly to stakeholders
  • Stay current with design trends and innovations across the landscape of design and technology.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in brand identity design, preferably with exposure to the tech or finance sectors
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of brand identity projects, and execution of brand strategy
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
  • Working with and managing fellow designers.
  • Experience in working with clients on Naming is highly desirable
  • Interest in or knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus
