**Semiconductor Fab Automation**: Develop and implement automation solutions using Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and SECS/GEM protocols to enhance equipment data collection and workflow efficiency.
**MES Integration & Vendor Coordination**: Collaborate with vendors to evaluate, configure, and deploy robust communication systems between MES, tools, and AMR.
**Software Development & Web UI Creation**: Design and develop intuitive web-based user interface for seamless user interaction, system monitoring, and operational control.
**Automated Data Analytics & Visualization**: Generate automated periodic insights, analytics, reports, visualizations, and alerts to support real-time decision-making processes.
**System Maintenance & Optimization**: Conduct periodic data integrity checks, implement automated failure alerts, troubleshoot system issues, and enhance automation frameworks with innovative features for existing and new systems.
**Continuous Improvement & Innovation**: Identify opportunities for process optimisation, integrate emerging technologies, and drive digital transformation initiatives within semiconductor manufacturing.
Job Requirements
**Technical Proficiency**: Strong programming skills in SECS/GEM, PHP, JavaScript, Python, or other languages used in web technologies and semiconductor automation.
**Data Analysis & Automation Expertise**: Experience in data synthesis, reasoning, and analysis, with a keen ability to develop automation solutions for complex processes. Experience in AMHS (Automated Material Handling System) is a plus.
**Industry Knowledge**: Preferably 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor process modules, equipment engineering, or digital transformation - especially in SECS/GEM automation.
**Communication Systems & Networking**: Solid understanding of communication protocols between semiconductor tools and factory automation systems (SECS/GEM, AMHS, MES).
**Operating Systems & Tools**: Familiarity with a variety of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and automation software.
**Collaboration & Independence**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Thrive in a fast paced and collaborative environment to drive results.
