**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Driving and planning the development of the IP Core Network.
- Manage projects from both business and operational perspectives, including expanding IP Network capabilities and new initiatives to bring fresh and strong business and operational excellence to the team.
- Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Gathers and evaluates the requirements from the various functional entities and formulates the technical specifications and solution.
- Performs technical and financial feasibility study on new emerging technologies or potential new services.
