**Data and Analytics Manager**

Global Marketing Agency

Our client is a full-service creative marketing and media agency with a unique understanding of online culture and social behaviours. They work with a plethora of international clientele across the technology, entertainment and automotive spaces.

**Summary of the role**:
They are looking for someone that has around 5-7 years of experience in social and digital analysis, a passion for data and the ability to pull insights from that data to tell a story. This person should have a good understanding of research tools and be capable of strategically interpreting data to provide actionable insights.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Enhance social campaigns effectiveness and creative assets through the use of data.
- Set social media KPIs and measurement frameworks against creative executions and earned/owned/paid media plans
- Deliver data-driven creative assets optimisation programs
- Generate platform performance measurement of social platforms, extracting actionable insights.
- Gather insights of data orientated social commerce initiatives

**What you bring**:

- 5 to 7 years of Digital and Social data-analysis agency experience.
- A focus on the story the numbers are telling and actions that may change them, rather than the numbers themselves.
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, programs and tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Instagram Insights, Sysomos, Crimson Hexagon, Global Web Index.etc.
- Familiarity with eCommerce tools such as Marketo and Magento is highly desirable.
- Ability to present to senior brand teams.

This role would be ideal for a social media experienced data analyst with a collaborative, team mentality and a desire to tell the story and strive for a greater good behind the numbers
