**A day in the life of...**
- Ensure machines are maintained according to Nestle guideline so as to be compliant and mitigate risks.
- Ensure reliability of Nestlé dispenser through 3rd party service provider.
- Build customer satisfaction, trust and mutual growth by meeting customers needs during trade audit.
- Handle customer complaints together with service provider to ensure that problems are resolved in a timely manner.
- Tracking of Incoming and Outgoing shipments. Conduct regular audit checks.
- Train service providers for all new machines/gadgets/procedures.

**What Will Make You Successful**
- Technicial knowledge of machines.
- Good personal hygiene and housekeeping.
- Knowledge of F&B hygiene standard.
- QA experience, attention to detail.
- Good documentation skill.
- Skill with Excel. etc, chart plotting.
- Understanding modem/Telemetry experience.
- Enjoys interation with customers.
- Passion for Coffee.
- Minimum 2 years experience in food services preferred.
