Logisitics Assistant

Requisition ID: 33873- Job Location(s): Singapore, SGDanfoss Power Solution is a leader in the mobile and industrial fluid power industries with components that is commonly used in the construction & mining, oil & gas and marine, agricultural, discrete manufacturing and processing industries. We have an immediate opportunity for a Logistics Assistant (1 year contract) to join us at our diverse team. The Logistics Assistant will be responsible for the preparation of shipping documents, shipment coordination with Forwarders and any logistics related issues.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Process orders & monitor delivery status
- Perform follow up with customers/forwarders
- Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Prepare shipping documents/delivery order
- Perform system receiving, material transfer etc
- Maintain proper filing system
- Assist on cycle count entry
- Understanding of the GTM would be advantage
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management

**Background & Skills**:

- Minimum Diploma or GCE 'O' Level.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Ability to work both independently and teams.
- Capable of using Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Working knowledge in SAP would be advantage.
