**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain network architecture, including LAN, WAN, and data center environments.
- Configure and manage network devices, such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPN concentrators.
- Troubleshoot network issues, diagnose root causes, and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Provide expert-level support for network-related incidents and problems, resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Implement and enforce network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption protocols.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans, addressing any identified vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure network infrastructure aligns with business needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures.
- Monitor network performance and bandwidth utilization, proactively identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks or performance degradation.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 network support for critical incidents.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in Network Engineering and Cybersecurity.

***Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Network Engineering, Network Support, and Cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices and protocols, including Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, etc.
- Solid understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VPN, and VLANs.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and protocols, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, and security audits.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.
- Flexibility to participate in on-call rotation and work during non-business hours if needed.
