Role/Responsibilities
- The Lead Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the processes, architecture, and overall performance of Sales Operations Managed Tools. This role will partner closely with the Sales, Finance, HR, and Client Success to ensure effective and scalable solutions for the RMS Sales & Client Development Organization. This role may act as the Product Owner for various tools/solutions as assigned. This role is expected to demonstrate a high degree of technical aptitude and be hands with technical solutions.
- ** What You’ll Be Doing**
- Working with Sales, Finance, Client Success, Product Management, and others to ensure our Sales Tools meet a broad set of needs with a strong emphasis on architecting solutions that are efficiency/scalability.
- Building declarative solutions whenever possible and collaborate with development team when code is needed.
- Documenting existing business processes & making recommendations for improvement.
- Assisting in vendor evaluation and assessment of buy vs. build decisions.
- Working closely with Support teams to reduce manual intervention and increase scalability of processes and tools.
- Making tooling roadmap suggestions
- Leading projects as assigned and owning the outcome.
- Supporting ad-hoc analysis as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience. Technical discipline preferred.
- Sales & Service Cloud
- Security model & role hierarchy
- Automation tools (Flow Builder, Process builder)
- Mass data manipulation (e.g., data loading)
- SOQL
- Lightning UI build
- Lead to Order processes
- A data-driven mindset and strong demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills - ability to influence, drive decisions, and lead discussions utilizing data.
- Ability to build relationships and to influence and collaborate across departments to achieve objectives.
- Possess a high level of integrity. Be widely trusted, direct, and truthful, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and gain confidence.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.

**Bonus Qualifications**
- Salesforce CPQ or Apptus
- Experience with Alteryx or similar toolset
- High-level scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is major bonus
- Fluent in SQL
- integration toolset (e.g., Informatica, Workato, etc.)
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) and, if hired, present proof of vaccination on start date, as determined by Moody’s.For San Francisco positions, qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered for employment consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

- For Colorado-based roles only: the anticipated base salary range for this position is $125,550 to $158,250, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual performance incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
