**About the Company**

My client is a highly regarded real estate investment business, in line with their current objectives they have an immediate need to recruit an Assistant Compliance Manager for their team in Singapore

**Responsibilities**:
The Assistant Compliance Manager will be exposed to all compliance and operational aspects of the real estate fund management business and will be expected to contribute to the growth of the business.
- Oversees all compliance/regulatory aspects of business operations of the real estate manager and respective funds domiciled in Singapore across finance, tax, accounting, and audit functions.
- Works closely with senior management to provide advisory support on corporate transactions such as bridge financing, deal closures, exits, and restructuring.
- Undertake to review of corporate documentation including but not limited to legal agreements, resolutions, financials, tax returns, and MAS lodgements
- Oversee banking relationships and treasury management of bridge facilities
- Oversee relationships with external accountants, auditors, corporate secretarial service providers, and fund administrators on various corporate matters
- Work with various internal and external stakeholders on investment approvals, operations, and funding requirements where appropriate

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Typically, 5-6 years of Compliance experience in the asset management industry for Real Estate/Private Equity or Infrastructure Funds.
- Proactive hands on mentality / can-do attitude
- To be able to multi-task and to handle multi projects/deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills, team player, capability to interface professionally with various internal and external stakeholders
- Clear and strong in communication (English Skill: excellent written and spoken),
