The Asia HNW Investments COO provides business management and sales support for the Asia Investments business and to help execute and embed change initiatives in support of the Global Wealth Management Investments growth plans. The COO will support the Regional Investment Head (RIH) and work alongside the Global Investments COO. The role will work with the Asia Investments team as well as business and functional partners across the Region, both Onshore and Offshore, including Country Wealth Heads, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance and HR. The COO will champion global and regional investments initiatives, including Win in Wealth growth, Integration of GCB & CPB as well as global alignment of business processes & metrics. The COO will also be responsible to provide necessary financials and ad hoc reports to facilitate business management and decision making. Additionally, the COO will act as delegate for the RIH in relevant business forums including but not limited to Business Planning, Technology forums and HR for hiring. **Responsibilities**: - ** Sales Management Support** - Work with the Investment Counsellor (IC) Team leaders, Product Heads, and GMMs to ensure appropriate sales management forecasting, pipeline and tracking are in place. Support RIH on business planning; hiring plans, goals planning and monitoring; sales coverage reviews; client segmentation and prioritization mapping, and other key sales management initiatives. Work with IC Team Leaders and Product Specialists on goals and activity monitoring. Routinely monitor sales force effectiveness and ensure plans are in place to drive performance levels of the business. Embed new sales support tools and provide ad hoc analytics that support business growth and operational efficiency. - ** Business / Financial Reviews**: Responsible for the financial process, including annual budgeting and ongoing review of financial performance against plan. Lead the relationship with finance and the global teams. The COO will be also responsible for monthly reporting decks to help the RIH and the Investment Counselor Team Leads manage business performance. The preparation of Business reviews and any ad hoc presentations required to be reviewed by seniors will flow into the COO. Support the day-day business execution needs of the RIH and Global COO, including preparing presentations used in internal and external forums. Perform analyses that support the Asia Strategy, and Operational Efficiency. - ** Business Support/Coordination**: Provide day-to-day oversight and resolution of business and client specific issues escalated by Bankers. Attend appropriate governance forums and steering committees. Responsible for the day to day sales support activities across all products and platforms and the client experience. - ** Change Management**: Implement key change initiatives across the region. Provide leadership and support in driving change programs by working closely with bankers and cross functional product and infrastructure teams. - ** Special initiatives**: Support the RIH, Global Investments COO and senior management in driving through global/regional business initiatives. Coordinate all required aspects of initiative/project roll-out. Drive administrative, operational, reporting and quality improvements through partnership with internal teams **Qualifications**: - Extensive experience of business management, operations, sales management support and controls oversight - Proven project/change management and business process improvement - Experience working in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders - Proven ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and cultures - Proven ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments - Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication **Education**: - Undergraduate Degree, preferred - CFA and/or MBA, a plus- **Job Family Group**: Business Strategy, Management & Administration - **Job Family**: Business Administration - **Time Type**: Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
