**Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Junior FX & Rates Trader with relevant experiences or knowledge to play a pivotal role in setting up our FX & Rates trading desk in Singapore. As a Junior Trader focused on desk setup, you will bring your expertise to contribute to the establishment of the desk, making it a unique opportunity to shape the direction of our trading activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the team to define and implement the strategy for the trading desk.
- Leverage your experiences or knowledge to set up the necessary infrastructure, workflows, and processes.
- Assist in developing and documenting trading strategies and risk management procedures.
- Establish relationships with key industry participants and counterparties.
- Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes affecting the FX & Rates market.
- Assist in recruiting and mentoring junior traders as the desk grows.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Relevant experiences or knowledge in FX & Rates trading or related areas.
- Basic understanding of financial markets and trading concepts.
- Basic understanding of financial markets and trading concepts.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Specific experience in setting up or contributing to the establishment of a trading desk is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with Capital markets
- Programming skills (e.g., Python, R) would be beneficial.
