Our Singapore center, Information Systems Asia Pacific (ISAP), is one of the 3 main IT Hubs for company’s worldwide business with over 800 IT staffs covering Production and Application Development activities. We work daily with international branches located in 33 countries by supporting their IT solutions and envisioning and developing the Bank’s futures information systems.

**Position**

In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek a Java Developer to join our Corporate Banking IT Department (CBI). CBI design and manage the ICBS (International Core Banking System) of the Company.

The department is in charge of the development and maintenance of financial core banking modules, including Accounts & Expense Management, Referential System and Access management system etc.

You will ensure the assigned projects; activities and tasks are delivered within the defined time, scope, cost and quality.

**Main responsibilities**
- Develop, implement and test components from functional specifications.
- Elaborate technical specifications, based on functional requirements and high level architecture.
- Contribute to technical design and liaise with business analysts on all aspects of business requirements.
- Participate in analyzing, resolving and providing technical support escalated to the team.
- Draft specifications, technical design, unit tests, peer reviews and detailed system integration documents and any other documents as required during the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to maintaining a high standard of delivery quality.
- Participate in technical discussions and propose solutions based on industry best practices.

**Qualifications and Profile**

This position requires a minimum of 6 years of relevant experiences in Java-J2EE software engineering, ideally in a banking environment.

- General knowledge or background in Banking is a plus
- **Technical**_
- Hand on experience on Core Java 5 or 8 (SE), JSP
- Hand on experience on Spring Framework
- Hand on experience on SVN, Eclipse, Maven, JUnit, MQ messaging
- Hand on experience on Shell scripting, SQL, Jasper Reports, Jboss/Tomcat/Jetty
- Hand on experience on Hibernate, IDE Eclipse, JSP and SQL
- Hand on experience on Oracle
- Exposure in PL/SQL
- Exposure in Angular 4/14, Javascript/TypeScript
- Exposure in Docker, Kubernetes
- Exposure in Jenkins, Maven, RESTful
- Exposure in CD/CI implementation
- Exposure in MQ and CFT

- Good oral and written communication skills (English)
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Proactive and autonomous, with a problem solving orientation.

We offer a competitive remuneration package, consistent with your qualifications and experience.

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
