**Position Overview**:
The 6-months internship program provides immediate exposure to the financial world and an opportunity to work alongside client investment teams with a range of experiences. An orientation and training program introduces intern to the firm and familiarizes them with our data, research resources, client work, and investment portfolios. Each intern is paired with an Investment Analyst mentor who serves as his/her key resource while at the firm.

Intern work alongside client investment teams on current client portfolios and research projects, and assume significant individual responsibility on these accounts.

The Internship Program runs for 6 months, typically beginning in early July and concluding in end December.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participating in the idea generation, development and management of diversified portfolios that aim to achieve risk-adjusted returns consistent with the time horizon, risk tolerance, and income needs of respective clients
- Analyzing investment managers’ portfolios
- Writing investment memos related to investment manager recommendations or redemptions
- Conducting analyses, preparing client-ready materials and directing clients on investment and financial issues
- Participating in the evaluation and selection of investment managers for virtually all asset classes, including alternative investments such as venture capital, private equity, and hedge funds

**Skills**:

- A demonstrated interest in investments and the capital markets
- Familiarity with computer databases and spreadsheets, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- A demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, keen eye for detail, ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously

**Qualifications**:

- Penultimate students (any major), with a record of high academic achievement
- Must be eligible to work in Singapore without sponsorship or restriction
