**Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Banking (Crédit Agricole **CIB) is the corporate and investment banking arm of Crédit Agricole Group, world’s 10th largest bank by total assets.

Our Singapore center **(“ISAP” or “Information Systems Asia Pacific”) **is the **2nd largest IT setup (after Paris Head Office) **for Crédit Agricole CIB's worldwide business. We work daily with international branches located in 30 markets by:

- Envisioning and preparing the Bank’s futures information systems
- Partnering and supporting core banking flagships and transverse areas in their large scale development projects

**Our organization
Within the IT & Operations division, the department **Digital Excellence Center **(DEC) in Singapore is strong of 150 staff. Our centers of excellence have established a recognized know-how on process digitalization and data analytics while our expertize on artificial intelligence is growing.

Every day, we work jointly with domain IT teams or directly with business stakeholders on digitalization of their processes and leveraging on their data while, in the background, we design, build and frame the next generation of shared services.

**Context
Credit Agricole CIB is engaged in a major digital transformation of its Business and Operations. We believe inclusion of Artificial Intelligence in the value chains as strategic for the future along with other major disruptive technological evolutions.

Over the past years, we groomed our skills, know-how and experience at building effective AI solutions. We are accelerating our pace of investments and consequently, increasing size of AI teams and complexity of our solutions.

**Role & Profile
In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek a motivated and skilled **Team Head **for the team of **AI Factory **(in ISAP).
- This position requires 10+ years of experience in IT industry with at least 3+ years in **projects **and **people management **, supporting the development of enterprise-wide complex information systems within major organizations, ideally in a banking environment.
- The right person will be technical, analytical and possess significant experience on agile project management of software development and/or system integration.
- Will have experience at working with business stakeholders to consult, define and propose solutions to client’s problems. As such, strong verbal, written, presentation and negotiation skills are must.
- Will have experience in one or many fields of artificial intelligence or will have achieved some level of mastery of associated technologies. Relevant expertise on other fields will be considered.
- Key job responsibilitiesYou report to Data Analytics & AI section head of DEC.

Role of head of team encompasses:

- Structure activities of the team in line with founding principles of a Center of Excellence
- Advocate and explain to business and internal partners the AIF services offer and advise them on integration of AI features in their solutions
- Work closely with business, technology teams, other stakeholders supporting each other, and be responsible for the successful implementation and achievement of project objectives
- In liaison with Run teams, handle escalations and contribute to improvement plan as needed
- Lead or contribute to investment projects, manage delivery plan and fulfillment of commitment with mínimal deviation and high user satisfaction
- Ensure activities are conducted with respect for technology strategy, recommended practices and comply with IT bank policies
- Manage team’s budget and reporting
- Attract, develop and sustain high level of engagement of your team members
- Ensure the respect of CACIB code of conduct, compliance and security obligations and promote values of the bank
- Artificial Intelligence skills and experience _

Artificial Intelligence technologies within financial institutions are at experimental to discovery stage. We seek for skills and experience around those fields without being specific:

- Data science and related tools
- Machine learning / Natural language processing -project development life cycle
- Familiar with MLOps practices and tools
- Preferred (additional skills preferred, but not mandatory) _
- French proficiency in verbal and written
- Agile / PMP certifications or experience using those methodologies
