**Responsibilities**
- Lead Business Transformation Office day to day operations and weekly trading to manage portfolio of digital initiatives across the Digital Factories
- Establish digital program governance with financial benefits quantification and tracking against digital operating metric
- Manage overall digital P&L benefit, as well as meeting in-year OPEX, CAPEX and Depreciation that results from commissioning of assets.
- Provide digital view of solutions to solve business problems that will help drive increase productivity, lower cost to serve and business OPEX and CAPEX as well as better customer experience for both internal and external customers.
- Assemble proposed solutions with BTO resource pool - data scientist, UI/UX and Agile Project Management as well as resources across Group IT.
- Drive change management for strategic programs to increase overall adoption.
- Drive implementation and execution of initiatives in year and provide strategic directions on outer years digital initiatives and outcomes
- Overall program management leadership working with IT and business to jointly identify use cases for the unified digital frontend across discover, buy and care customer journeys.
- Work with IT to ensure alignment and right sequencing of use case implementation by the various implementation squads
- Provide inputs to business through the use of data insights and evidence-based recommendations e.g., data transactions of products, to actively manage trade-offs between faster implementation through point solutions vs. implementing later with platform features
- Drive prioritization, architecture, and execution plan jointly with GE IT and the business
- Deliver the business case for UDF including success and key operating metrics and alignment to Singtel Group’s overall digital plan for next generation investments and manage investment cost CAPEX and OPEX in year.
- Conduct regular reviews with the business during implementation phase and drive the pivots required.
- Program tech leadership for the UI/UX team
- SEB Data governance lead responsible for implementing data governance policies and framework across the business
- Part of Singtel Group’s Data Governance Committee, driving overall data governance policies for data classification, sharing and retention.
- Manage day to day data governance issues - data quality, data pipelines, working cross functionally with the DPM team and business
- Provide tech leadership for the data scientists and tech team of BTO

**Requirements**:

- More than 15 years of industry experience, with at least 7 years in managerial capacity
- Led formulation and execution of digital transformation programs
- Proficient in agile approach of project management and have led design thinking projects.
- Led data governance and analytics projects
- Conversant with cloud, AI, ML, UI/UX. Leading and motivating team
- Analytical and market research skills, Consulting skills, Operations experience and Problem solving skills
- Excellent inter-personal skill, Ability to inspire team members
- Able to communicate and work with senior leaders across the business
- Stakeholder management - Senior Mgmt
- Be able to interface and exert influence across multiple functions across the organization
