Head of It

Responsibilities
- Manage and provide leadership to the Company’s IT helpdesk support team and Application support team to ensure the Group’s business operations can be supported
- Understand and provide suitable IT related solutions to help business staff resolve the issues/challenges faced by business in terms of process and technology
- Manage and implement cyber security programs and data loss protection strategy
- Develop software and technical architecture design strategies and maintain up to date documentations.
- Support the Group’s annual internal audit processes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering and other technology related course from reputable university
- Minimum 12 to 15 years working experience in related area.
- Experience working in multi-discipline business environment
- Sound Project Management and Change Management skills
- Good to have database experience, e.g. Oracle Netsuite, Salesforce, etc
- Experience in leading team and collaborate effectively
- Ability to translate user requirements into technical terms.
- Good interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- Excellent written and communication and presentation skills
- Additional language proficiency will be an added advantage

**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month
