**Job Title**: Head Chef - Meal Plan & Confinement Food Kitchen

Our mission is to provide nutritious, delicious, and well-balanced meals that cater to health-conscious individuals and new mothers in their postpartum recovery journey. We are seeking an experienced and passionate **Head Chef** to lead our kitchen team and drive innovation in our meal offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency in meal preparation.
- Develop, refine, and execute meal plans, including confinement menus that align with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles.
- Manage inventory, food costing, and supplier relationships to maintain high-quality ingredients while optimizing costs.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards in Singapore.
- Collaborate with nutritionists and dietitians to design well-balanced and nourishing meals.
- Innovate new recipes and adapt menus based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Maintain a well-organized kitchen workflow to meet high-volume meal production schedules.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** in a professional kitchen, with at least **2 years in a leadership role**.
- Proven expertise in **Asian cuisine**, particularly in **confinement food preparation** and meal plan execution.
- Strong understanding of **TCM food principles** and the ability to create nourishing dishes for postpartum mothers.
- Knowledge of **food safety regulations** and experience in managing HACCP-certified kitchen operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with tight deadlines.
- Passion for health-focused and therapeutic cooking, with a keen eye for quality and presentation.
- Culinary certification or relevant professional qualifications preferred.
