Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for cross-border small package operations in Singapore, fulfilling the requirements of the platform's daily operations and major promotional events while being accountable for consumer experience.
- Familiar with local logistics providers, including their resources, pricing, company strength, etc., in charge of daily logistics operations with practical experience in trunk transportation, customs clearance, and distribution coordination.
- In charge of route launches including system integration, testing, joint debugging, and successful go-live; establish CP admission standards, jointly assess the CP's logistics service capabilities and quality upon integration; develop SOPs and assess the CP based on these SOPs during integration and manage the CP in accordance with the SOPs during regular operations.
- Experience with large client solution management is required, with the ability to independently operate and onboard small B clients from China to Singapore and Malaysia, demonstrating a strong capacity to undertake responsibilities.

Position Description
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Preference for those with over 3 years of operations management and practical experience in Singapore and platform operation experience.
- Good communication and coordination skills, and the ability to learn and innovate.
- Fluent in English communication.
