**Summary of Role**:
The GT Site Lead is responsible for interpreting and delivering Global Trade compliance requirements for the business based in Singapore, This includes the FlightSense and FAST operations based on site.

**Key Activities**:

- Key contact for all GT related matters and escalations
- Leading GT policy & procedure implementation including writing and maintaining procedures.
- Leading a monthly GT Site Council with the key functional groups and the GM of the business
- Maintaining a regular cadence of GT related communications for the Singapore business
- Collecting and reporting GT related metrics and attending GT related meetings
- Leading short and long term GT related projects and initiatives
- Responding to Central GT requests for information and associated reporting
- Provide GT training such as procedural training, new hire training, general awareness training.
- Ensure compliance with local and U.S. export control regulations
- Ensure compliance with all local import and export regulations e.g. MES, AISS schemes.
- Supporting and developing Technology Management initiatives such as growing the GT focal network, classification, training and the deployment of system tools such as xClass.
- Support SAP/GTS related activity such as clearing blocks, updating records etc.
- Approval of Texports, CAPS and other GT related workflows
- Ensuring compliance with local and International sanctions and screening requirements

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a Global Trade capacity is preferred
- Experience and knowledge of local import and export regulations.
- Experience of working in the Aerospace industry.
- Experience of leading and managing a team.
- Knowledgeable with SAP GTS use.
- Project or program management experience.
- Experience with hosting peer training and executive management reviews

**Education/Qualifications**:

- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Degree preferred
