As the manager of the solution portfolio, you will be the regional point of contact of upstream global engineering team, and partnering closely with the regional commercial, clinical, and technical teams to introduce some of the most cutting-edge digital technology to ASEAN.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Overall responsible for technical support of the Digital Solutions Portfolio of the GE Monitoring Solutions Business Segment in AKA
- The portfolio includes GE solutions to enable medical device integration, digitization of critical care workflow, alarm mobility, optimization of communications, and virtual care platforms, etc.
- Partner with the regional business modality leader to devise and execute an integrated deliverables, including training L1 engineering to our partners.
- Partner with the regional commercial team to devise and execute channel distribution enablement strategy.
- Partner with the regional service team to devise and execute service support and implementation strategy including but not limited to managing requests for MSA's for selected products
- Partner with GE Strategic Partnership OEMs and Solutions team to identify customer needs and convert them into funnel opportunities among strategic enterprise accounts - leveraging technical expertise.
- Responsible as a technical expert in strategic enterprise deals for formulating a comprehensive solution proposal based on identified customer needs of enterprise workflow, risk management, hospital infrastructure, cybersecurity, and approved budgets, etc.
- Engage 3rd party providers to explore and pilot regional / global strategic solution partnerships
- Responsible as a project manager in strategic enterprise deals for overseeing proof of concept testing and go-live implementations, by working closely with the regional clinical, apps, and technical teams.
- Lead operating mechanism with global engineering team for monthly and quarterly reporting of market dynamics, competition landscapes, and growth and projects execution
- Maintain strong partnership with global engineering team as the regional point of contact for collaborations and escalations
- Work with cross-functional teams (RA, ITO, OTR, Finance, Service, Sourcing, etc.) to bring in supports needed throughout the commercial operations process

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Minimum bachelor’s degree holder in healthcare related fields or biomedical engineering.
- Minimum 10-year experience in roles related to digital healthcare solutions
- Minimum 5-year experience in AKA (ASEAN, Korea, ANZ) healthcare industry
- Proven track record of digital healthcare service delivery
- Prior experience of delivering hospital enterprise IT solution projects is required
- Prior experience of business development of digital solutions is required
- Prior experience of working in a multinational matrix environment is required
- Knowledge of medical device integration and HL7 is required
- Knowledge of medical devices is mandatory
- Knowledge of hospital workflow is required
- Proficiency in customer presentation is required
- Proficiency in English is a must

**Desired Characteristics**
- Prior experience of healthcare digital solutions in critical care areas is a plus
- Prior experience of patient monitoring devices and solutions is a plus
- Prior experience of engaging healthcare C-Suite is a plus
- Prior experience of working across ASEAN countries is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead with humility and transparency is desired
- Demonstrated ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders without authority is desired
- Demonstrated ability to build trust through partnership is desired
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with people of diverse cultures and backgrounds is desired
